We’re celebrating Galentine’s Day with a cozy, beginner-friendly brush calligraphy workshop designed for connection, creativity, and a little self-love with @brittanydenovellis from @novelletterstudio. In this two-hour class, you’ll learn the basics of modern brush pen lettering and create a finished quote print centered on love — whether that’s love for yourself, your friends, or the season you’re in.

Have you been interested in calligraphy but aren’t sure how to get started? Join me for a relaxing afternoon of practicing the fundamentals of modern calligraphy, using a brush pen. This workshop will teach you the basic shapes you need to know to get started, and I’ll show you how to combine those shapes into lowercase letters and words. We’ll make a small final product together, and you’ll take home a workbook and pens for your ongoing practice.
No previous experience is required. For ages 13 and up!
